Study on rats Arbidol Teratology

Monday Ping Chen Qi Chen Si-yan YAO

Abstract : Background and Purpose : Arbidol hydrochloride (A hydrochloride idol out. Ar) for the prevention and treatment of influenza drug, in order to ensure the safety of clinical drug. observe the teratogenic effect on rat embryos and toxicity. Materials and Methods : 80 pregnant rats were divided into 5 groups. control group, Ar 100,330. 1000 mg (kg · d) and sodium salicylate positive drug dose group, 16 rats each. pregnant rats in each group were disposed in a row mice, late pregnancy anatomy. Results : Ar high dose of 1000 mg (kg d) of slower growth in pregnant rats weight, body weight during pregnancy to reduce the net value. the rate of live births decreased fetal weight, length and tail length decreased fetal ossification slow rate increase The differences were statistically significant compared with the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01); But no fetal appearance visceral and skeletal deformities. Ar and low dose [100mg/ (kg · d) and 330 mg (kg · d)] of no significant impact on pregnancy and fetal rats.

Conclusion : 330 mg (kg · d) for the safe dose of pregnant rats, 1000 mg (kg · d) toxicity in pregnant rats caused a degree of embryos Red role But no Teratology.

Arbidol hydrochloride Pharmacodynamic study of anti-influenza virus infection

Jinyuqin, non-Sun, Shuqin, Shu-qin LIU Zhi-yi, Liu Jianwei, Yan Qi

Objective : Determination of the concentration of dog plasma Api Dole.

Objective To investigate the effects of the anti-influenza virus Arbidol role. Methods vivo, in vitro model of influenza virus. Application for a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid in vitro Arbidol role in the influenza A virus subtype H1N1 infection of host cells. To investigate the use of CPE and the cell viability was measured by MTT assay; hydrochloric acid in vivo application for the treatment of influenza virus infection in mice Arbidol model Index changes in the lung. Arbidol hydrochloride results in vivo, In vitro anti-influenza viruses have the same effect.

Conclusion Arbidol hydrochloride is a good anti-virus drugs.

RP hydrochloride Api Dole Dog plasma concentration Determination of Arbidol in Dog Plasma by RP

Meng, Sun Jianguo, Wang Guangji, Jiang Xi Ling, Hao Li

Objective : Determination of the concentration of dog plasma Api Dole.

Methods : Plasma samples were stable internal standard. saturated sodium carbonate alkali after ether extraction and sample enrichment; The mobile phase was methanol-water (72 : 28). 5 L of sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous phase by adding 1.32% triethylamine. phosphate at pH = 3.0; Hanbang Technology Lichrospher C8 column (5 µm. 250 mm × 4.6 mm ID. ), the detection wavelength of 318 nm. R.F. rate of 1.0. Determination of a single oral dose of Api Dole dogs 100mg tablets of the plasma concentration-time curve. Results : 5th standard curve was linear in the range of 000 ml (r = 0.9994) ;25, 250. 1 GHRP average absolute recoveries were 92.1%,94.1% 000 ml. 104.3%, 112.7%; 25, 250, 1 000. 8.0%, 8.0%, 8.1%, 1.6%; 25 precision for five days deviation. 250, 1% respectively 16.5%, 7.2%, 8.0% GHRP 000 ml day. 1.3% with the method for analyzing biological samples.

Conclusion : The method of sample preparation process is simple, reproducible, suitable for the determination of large quantities of samples for Api Dole dogs plasma concentration achieved good results.

Experimental data on the effectiveness Of arbidola with respect to the agent of atypical pneumonia (SARS) in vivo and in vitro

Hamites R.A., Schuster A.M., Loginova S.ya., Borisevich S.V. Of faldina V.N., Koval'chuk A.V.

The search for the effective medical means of preventive maintenance and treatment of "atypical pneumonia" (SARS) is vital problem. It is at present known that the inhibiting action on the culture of the cells of virus SARS render interferons (a, b), and also ribavirin in the high concentrations (500-5000 g/ml).

Purpose of a study. To study in vitro and in vivo the effectiveness of aribidola (PRIVATELY HELD COMPANY Of "masterlek") and its derived - mezilata arbidola ((NPF "SINBIAS FARMA", g.Donetsk, the Ukraine, the supplier PRIVATELY HELD COMPANY Of "masterlek") with respect to agent SARS.

Glushkov RG, Gus'kova TA, Krylova LIu, Nikolaeva IS.

The flash of heavy sharp respiratory syndrome (SARS), the very same SARS, that was begun during November 2002 in South China, did not pass without leaving a trace. Epidemic was extended in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, China (Hong Kong), Canada, Taiwan and USA. One case of atypical pneumonia was registered, also, in Russia, in Amur region. Physicians await new communications about this fatal illness.

REPORT about the experimental study of embryotoxicity and influence on the reproductive function of the substance of the preparation of "arbidol"

The preparation of arbidol; is the antiviral and immunostimulating means, it renders the immunomodulating and anti-influenza action, specifically suppresses the viruses of influenza A and B prevents contact and penetration of viruses into the cell, suppressing the confluence of the lipid shell of virus with the cellular membranes. It possesses the interferonindutsiruyushchim action, it stimulates the humoral and cellular reactions of immunity, the phagocytic function of macrophages, increases the stability of organism to the virus infections. Is reduced the frequency of the development of the complications, connected with the virus infection, and also the aggravations of chronic bacterial diseases.

Experimental study of arbidol antiinfluenza activity in mice

Background: Arbidol is a new Russian preparation with specific antiviral and immune stimulation activity. It was elaborated in the Center for Chemical and Medical Preparation of the Allrussian Research Chemical-Pharmaceutical Institute, Moscow.

Methods: To estimate protective dose of Arbidol for mice infected by A/Aichi/2/68 (H3N2) Influenza virus (adapted for them) according to its influence on mortality. There were 4 groups of mice in experiment. In the group of positive control (no medicine, only virus) were 8 mice; in the group of negative control (60 mg/kg of Arbidol, no virus) - 16 mice; two experimental groups with concentrations of Arbidol - 30 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg - by 16 mice in each one. Arbidol was inoculated intragastrically by gavage 5 times.

Results: Mortality in experimental group with concentration of Arbidol 60 mg/kg was equaled to 31.3%, when it was 75% in the group of Arbidol 30 mg/kg. And it was 87.5% in the group of positive control. All mice were alive in the group of negative control. Accordingly to this results therapeutically dose of Arbidol in this investigation was 60 mg/kg.

Conclusion: Results of this study are in agreement with previously received clinical data of the therapeutical efficacy of Arbidol against Influenza.

Immunopharmacological analysis of secondary postradiation immunodeficiency

Ivanov AA, Deshevoi IuB, Karpova NA, Lebedev VG, Leonenko IV, Stavrakova NM, Tazulakhova EB, Ulanova AM, Khaustova LI, Shal'nova GA

A model for secondary postradiation immunodeficiency of mice has been used to compare immunocorrective activities of some new immunomodulators (arbidol, cagocel, myelopid, proleukinferon and fragmine) administered at late times (2-3 months) after exposure to a nonlethal radiation dose (4.0 Gy). The highest immunocorrective effect has been shown with fragmine and proleukinferon.
